frank-tai-chiFrank Murphy, is a charismatic martial arts instructor based in Cork, who offers Tai Chi style classes mainly aimed at elderly Community Groups where the emphasis is on health, longevity and well-being.

Frank, who is approaching age 65, with over 46 years of martial arts training and instruction (originally in Taekwondo and boxing), over the years  also studied  Tai Chi and eventually qualified under the Dr. Paul Lam’s Tai Chi Institute for Health.

Frank Murphy now offers his brand of health and fitness exercise classes which includes Tai Chi style exercises particularly aimed at over 50′s and more senior members of our community. Due to the COVID-19 crisis, he is currently unable to provide classes but offers guidance through his facebook page and YouTube channel.
