Tai Chi Classes Cork

Tai Chi is good for all ages, but is a particularly suitable form of exercise for  adults over 50. It helps maintain cardiovascular fitness and helps strengthen deep muscles, increase bone density,  to combat age related health problems such as arthritis, loss of balance, mobility, loss of strength, which affect the quality of daily life.

His fitness over 50 classes combine his expertise in Tai Chi and experience in martial arts training. It is suitable for men and women and the exercises will strengthen,, increse  as well as improve flexibilty, co-ordination and balance.
