Tai Chi Helps Young People Manage Stress
These days young people are subjected to more and more stress, be it emotional difficulties, exam pressure, peer pressure and life in general. These pressures can lead to anxiety, depression and overall poor mental health. The Tai Chi classes Frank Murphy has to offer young people are designed to help them manage stress, focus on the positive and re-energise. They can be done in sets of 6 – 10 (over the school term), during the day as part of their physical education.
